To bring together like minded corporations and people under a single umbrella of an alliance. The alliance will use the resourses that each of it's members bring to help increase prosperity to everyone in the alliance, in whatever adventure they wish to undertake.

The following statements make up the fundamental keystones to Vortex Alliance. Each member of the alliance vows to stand by and up hold the alliances key principles.
1. The alliance recognising the operational independence of each of the member corporations and will not attempt to directly infringe that independence.
2. The alliance will not be an aggressive force that will set out to intimidate or terrorise its neighbours.
3. The alliance will only use its military capabilities during a time of War, to help protect alliance assets.
4. Alliance resources will be, when requested by a member, devoted to help support that member’s development and advancement.
