RAW MUSHROOM SALAD
Only certain species of mushrooms can be eaten raw, like the Amanita of the Ceasars, the Beefsteak Fungus, the Jelly Fungus and the cultivated Mushroom.
Slice them thinly into strips and sprinkle with oil, flavoured with lemon and parsley.
for the brave : the same recipe but then Devil's Bolete mixed with some Russula Emetica...
