1 cup almond milk (or soy or rice milk)
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons coconut milk cream
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of kosher salt
1 large carrot, finely grated
1/2 cup regular oats
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut milk cream mixed with 1/2 teaspoon pure maple syrup
3 cups of butthurt
